Signing in

Eywa ERP runs in your browser. Open your company's address, enter the email and password your administrator gave you, and you arrive at the dashboard.

The dashboard shows only the figures your role is allowed to see — a store keeper sees stock, an accountant sees financial totals.

How every module is organised

Every module follows the same three-part pattern, so once you learn one the others feel familiar.

  • Definition — records you set up once: accounts, items, suppliers, locations, departments, units of measure.
  • Transactions — your daily work: purchase invoices, good receipts, store issuances, sales invoices, vouchers, gate passes, attendance.
  • Reports — the answers: ledgers, stock reports, financial statements, payroll summaries.

The order to set things up

  1. 1Company details, locations and departments.
  2. 2Units of measure, then your item catalogue.
  3. 3Chart of accounts, then customer and supplier accounts.
  4. 4Opening balances for accounts and opening stock for items.
  5. 5Users and roles, so your team can start working.

Set up units of measure before items, and the chart of accounts before customers and suppliers — each depends on the one before it.

Finding your way around

  • The menu can be shown across the top or as a sidebar — switch with the layout button in the top bar.
  • Lists have search, filters and column sorting, and can be exported or printed.
  • The bell icon shows notifications about records your role follows.
